RESEARCH CIRCLE

Interdisciplinary studio sessions where artists meet, experiment, and see what emerges.

What is it? 3 sessions × 3 hours each. Themes, chosen by participants. Facilitated by Chaos Emblematic e.V. and participant-led. The final session ends with a relaxed 30-min public showing, open to the public.

Why? With Berlin’s cultural funding shrinking, we’re building a space to: → Connect newcomers with established & emerging artists → Test artistic chemistry — do we match in process & vision? → Plant seeds for future performances, festivals, collabs → Introduce you to Chaos Emblematic & explore potential membership or guest collaboration

Who? Dancers, choreographers, performers, visual artists, DJs, musicians, poets, writers, directors, dramaturges, actors, painters, sculptors — anyone drawn to interdisciplinary work. Multi-disciplinary artists are especially welcome.

This is a safe space for all ethnicities, nationalities, genders & bodies. Queer, LGBTQI+, and artists with migrant or refugee backgrounds are embraced.

Studio 2, Mariannenpl. 2, 10997 Berlin
Participation suggested donation 15 EUR (covers studio rent & professional documentation)

We ask participants to commit to all sessions so we can build toward the showing together.

Come research with us.
