19:30–20:15 – Soul Tide Movement Session
A guided, nature-inspired session open to all bodies, ages, and backgrounds. With a focus on awareness and awakening the senses.

20:15–22:00 – Open Chaotic Creatures Jam
An improvisational jam uniting dance, music, and visual expression. Come as you are. Move as you feel.
